Senior Data Analyst, Wave

• 5+ years experience as a product analyst, data analyst, data scientist or similar role
• Strong demonstrable experience in discovery, hypothesis testing and inference over fuzzy problems and large data sets
• Experience running experiments with a preference for candidates who have run both digital and field experiements
• Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Preference for candidates who have worked on growth teams or functions that have gone through a strong growth phase
• Fluency in English. French is a plus
• Strong SQL skills with expertise in querying, manipulating and analyzing data
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data cleaning and preparation and data manipulation in Python
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our product teams
• Be embedded in a product team where you will work closely with a product manager, engineers and in some cases operational teams
• Derive insights from customer and merchant data, visualize and communicate these in ways that improve user and business outcomes
• Help find, test and implement process improvements to make our operations more efficient
• Navigate large data sets to identify growth drivers and generate testable hypotheses
• Design, develop, implement and analyze experiments related to product features and operational processes
• Take full ownership of the analytics process - from project scoping and design through communicating findings to stakeholders
