• You will support our growth initiatives through hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and technical marketing operations
• You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Director

• We're growing fast and need a marketing operations specialist to manage our campaigns, build landing pages, and handle our marketing operations so we can move quickly and scale efficiently
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Design and build high-converting landing pages using Webflow
• Maintain and optimize our email database, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation
• Pull and compile marketing data from multiple sources for reporting
• Set up A/B tests across landing pages and email campaigns
• Support campaign tracking and analytics implementation
• Assist in developing and maintaining our marketing dashboards
• Execute technical marketing operations tasks
• You'll join our lean marketing team of three, working directly with the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with our Events Manager and Content Specialist to execute and scale our marketing initiatives
