- As the AI landscape shifts from traditional ML to generative AI and agentic systems, Arize ensures teams have the tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI in production
- As an AI Solutions Manager, you’ll partner with some of the most innovative AI/ML teams in the world
- You’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, shaping product use cases, and ensuring our customers succeed in leveraging AI to achieve real-world impact

- As an AI Solutions Manager, your work will directly contribute to our customers’ success in deploying impactful AI solutions, ensuring their models achieve measurable business outcomes
- You’ll be working with Arize customers to help them improve the AI they use across their organizations
- You will be in charge of driving customer adoption and managing customers through their renewal cycles
- You’ll accomplish this by running an effective account plan, identifying expansion opportunities with new teams, and building solutions to help achieve their goals
- You’ll be involved in exciting and complex customer use cases and leverage your business acumen to navigate the intricacies
- Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption, uncover new use cases, and drive expanded usage across customer accounts. This includes regular touchpoints like weekly/bi-weekly calls and ongoing account management
- Conduct discovery with customers to understand their goals, share the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to address complex customer needs, ensure smooth implementation, and advise on technical best practices
- Run workshops and training sessions with customers during onboarding and new functionality
- Run QBRs to demonstrate account value, identify areas of opportunity, and strengthen customer partnerships
- Proactively monitor product usage across your accounts to further gauge account health
- Work closely with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upsell opportunities and align on customer health strategies
- Effectively relay customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs
- Ensure support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities
Our take
Machine learning is rapidly becoming a fundamental and mainstream automation tool used across many industries. The issue, however, is that monitoring, assessing, and improving ML models is costly, and especially tricky without monitoring capabilities. It’s created a market demand for ML monitoring tools, and Arize’s platform offers a rich suite of them.
The Arize platform gives developers and operators comprehensive oversight of their models with tools including performance tracing, drift detection, and integration and deployment. This provides a crucial guardrail: as more decision-making is handed over to ML in areas like insurance and loans, poor ML model performance can have a catastrophic effect on both individuals and customers alike.
Remarkably, given this development, ML observability platforms aren’t yet in huge supply. Arize startup rivals like Censius and WhyLabs are making strong headway, but a clear winner has by no means yet emerged. Arize has, however, netted some major customers: Spotify, Instacart, Uber, and P&G are a handful of the major clients that will help it lay a strong foundation in what is anticipated to be a highly lucrative market.
