Product Director, Bridebook

• Significant senior product management experience, preferably in top tech companies
• Proven experience in defining and successfully executing a Product strategy
• Experience developing Product functions with appropriate structures, processes and practices
• Proven experience with consumer-facing apps
• Work experience in an agile environment
• Understanding of business models, pricing and positioning
• Experience leveraging culture, building and leading a high-performing Product function
• Experience working in scaling, high-growth business building scalable Products

• Developing and executing a Product strategy that achieves our mission and vision; We have some big ambitions and goals. It’s important that you deeply understand the Bridebook mission and translate it into a scalable Product strategy
• Because of this, you’ll ideally have credible experience in defining and successfully executing Product strategy, which aligns the company’s commercial strategy and ambitions, as well as an understanding of business models, pricing and how to package and position ideas in ways that uniquely appeal to customers
• Creating a high-performance culture in product and a seamless partnership with Engineering; Great teams can achieve almost anything. • You’ll act as a mentor and coach to create a results-oriented, empowering and collaborative environment, whilst ensuring we have the right structure, processes and practices in place to thrive. You will also work closely with our Head of Engineering to streamline the ProdTech team processes and ways of working
• Driving growth and ensuring scalability; We believe that our commercial success will come from the value and scalability of our product, which is why this is one of the accountabilities of the Head of Product
• To achieve this you will ensure team structures will scale and that we have the capabilities for continued innovation and learning, especially utilising product data, in order to capitalise on the market opportunities created by modernising wedding planning
• Organisational leadership; You will be a valued member of the leadership team, bringing your experience and perspective to challenge our thinking and be an essential team member
• Everything ultimately comes down to people, which is why building high levels of trust with the leadership team, the Product and Engineering teams and across the wider organisation is going to be essential to create alignment and enable us to grow effectively. Finally, a great collaborative relationship with Hamish Shephard, our CEO, will enable us to turn the vision into a reality
