Who you are
- We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Account Executive to pioneer Peregrine’s expansion into private-sector industries
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in complex, consultative environments
- Proven record of building new markets — bringing innovative technology into traditional industries

What the job involves
- This is not a “manage the book” role — it’s a new growth opportunity. You’ll define your market, open doors, and build early reference customers that shape Peregrine’s commercial strategy
- You’ll partner directly with leaders across logistics, real estate, energy, infrastructure, and other operationally intensive sectors to introduce a new category of situational awareness and decision-intelligence technology
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demoing to negotiation and close
- Build and manage a 3.5–4x pipeline that converts into measurable revenue within your first two quarters
- Define your territory’s strategy — identify verticals, diagnose customer workflows, and design go-to-market plays
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment to align on solutions and messaging
- Navigate complex buying processes with executive stakeholders, procurement teams, and operational buyers
- Translate Peregrine’s story into outcomes that matter — safety, efficiency, brand protection, and customer experience
- Turn early wins into playbooks and repeatable motions that drive scale
- What Success Looks Like:
- 2–3 anchor customers secured within the first six months
- A validated sub vertical sales motion with clear product-market fit signals
- Case studies and references that open doors to new verticals
- A defined go-to-market framework others can build upon
Our take
The digitisation of emergency response organisations, data and incident reporting is speeding up, but this presents a problem if this information is not digestible. Emergency responders must be able to quickly translate and understand information as it comes in, or risk this faster flow of data being made redundant.
Peregrine is a data integration platform that improves emergency responses by making data more accessible, understandable and actionable. The platform can be used for public safety at different scales, such as building, city or region-wide. Its machine learning capabilities are also able to collate raw surveillance data, linking people, places and events to track targets or potential criminal activity.
With a founding team that boasts experience in both security and environmental risk analysis, Peregrine shows the potential to bridge the gap between tech and law enforcement. And funding is being channelled into accelerating the company's growth as it looks to double its employee headcount in the near future.
