What the job involves

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients while shaping how we deliver value in this growing market
His is a newly created role, offering the chance to make a real impact as part of a fast-moving, innovative team
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager - Sales, you’ll work closely with clients from onboarding through to ongoing support, helping them integrate Prezzee into their business and achieve their goals
Building strong relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs will be at the heart of what you do
Lead the onboarding process to ensure clients are set up for success from day one
Maintain open communication with clients, offering guidance and resolving challenges quickly
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts while keeping them engaged and satisfied
Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve our solutions
Use data and insights to monitor client health and drive proactive strategies for success

Our take

Gift cards have long since been a popular way to reward employees or gift friends and family, with eCommerce-focussed 'eGift' cards rapidly replacing physical cards. However, the digital nature of such cards can make them feel impersonal and underwhelming as a gift, showing room for innovation within the market.

Prezzee provides an eGift card marketplace, helping shoppers to find the perfect digital gift card across a portfolio of over 100 providers. The company provides standard eCards for consumers in addition to bulk options for employee rewards, facilitating the personalization of each gift card with video or voice messages and custom designs.

Whilst Prezzee will undeniably face competition from marketplace giants such as Amazon which also offer large selections of gift cards, the company stands out with its unique focus on facilitating the personalization of every card. Through this approach, the company aims to eradicate the impersonal nature associated with eGift cards, helping consumers and employers to truly express their gratitude for friends, family, and employees.
