What the job involves
- Work closely with the founding team to drive growth across the entire business. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, ambitious generalist to get exposure to every part of an early-stage startup - and play a pivotal role in shaping its trajectory
- Lead our marketing; from content creation, SEO, event planning, conference scheduling, channel marketing and running targeted experiments. Your role is to take ideas from concept to execution and leverage your learnings to form longer term marketing strategy
- Lead Customer Success initiatives. You'll onboard new clients, define and track KPIs, manage new feature roll-outs, support with customer queries, and contribute to revenue growth with renewal and upsell opportunities
- Deeply understand the product and play an active role in helping shape the product roadmap. You will be the link between our customers and the engineering team
- Support the business as needed across special projects such as fundraising, scaling business operations or other strategic initiatives
