Vice President of Revenue Operations, BlueCat

• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields
• Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

• This role oversees the alignment and performance of sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations to ensure scalable growth, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence
• The VP of Revenue Operations will lead a team focused on analytics, systems, enablement, and process improvement to maximize revenue efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals
• Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution
• Design and implement scalable processes across the revenue funnel (lead to renewal)
