What the job involves
- Fountain is experiencing growth, and our sales team is expanding! We're in search of a highly-motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is results-driven and eager to contribute to our team's success
- As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential customers
- Joining our team as an SDR presents an exciting opportunity to kick-start your sales career, gain invaluable experience, and make a significant impact on our company's growth and prosperity
- Responding to inbound demo requests from the website: You'll handle inbound email requests from prospects, schedule their qualification calls, and conduct these calls. You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with Fountain
- Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Fountain's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (AEs) by providing account insights to aid in building account plans
- Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce for outbound and inbound sales activities
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationship
- Pre & Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreach
- Event Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffing
