Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping, testing & learning
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for creating elegant and effective design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of OpenAsset.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to design intuitive, high-quality experiences that enhance how AEC firms manage their digital assets and win new business.
- You will be a key contributor to our product vision, ensuring that OpenAsset remains the go-to solution for the industry
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience and impeccable visual design
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing via rapid prototyping and testing and learning to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand and user needs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement user-centered design solutions
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across our platform
- Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences
- Advocate for best-in-class UX and design thinking across the company
