Product Manager, Allara

• The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real health challenges through technology and has the product management chops to plan, execute, and iterate efficiently
• They should be comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders across the business
• Experienced builder: with at least 2 years of full time experience in a product role
• Empathetic and user focused: you want to create an incredible healthcare experience for our members
• Fast paced and detail oriented: you can move quickly and but don’t miss the small stuff in the process
• Very comfortable working closely with engineering and design teams, with experience working with contract teams
• Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on it
• Experience in a startup environment

• As a Product Manager at Allara, you’ll work on our Product team and have a major impact on how our members engage with our platform and care
• You’ll influence and execute a roadmap to help drive both business and clinical outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to drive prioritization and decision making
• Create a roadmap to improve member experience
• Work closely with design and engineering teams (internal and contract) to execute on the roadmap
• Conduct user testing as needed to understand member experience and needs
• Reports to the SVP of Product and Engineering
