Who you are

Sales experience in a similar, SDR type role

What the job involves

You’re our front line soldier, helping to spread the word about how we can help our clients. You’ll use email, text, phone calls, physical visits, and more - anything in your utility belt to help spread the word, and fill our sales pipeline with relevant clients who are eager to learn more about how we can help. This spans both hospitality merchants and retail (B2B & B2C)
Get stuck in and help close & sign up merchants onto our rewards channels - that'll involve learning our various pitches, setting up meetings, hosting them, and convincing the merchant to get onboard
Ad-hoc support with merchant requests, which may involve engaging our marketing or tech teams

Discount schemes are a common tactic to entice new customers to a business, but for brands that rely on maintaining a high-end profile, this can have a negative effect on their image, which may reduce client interest. LUX Rewards (a Lyfe Technology company) provides premium reward schemes for these businesses to reach and engage with new and high-value customers, without damaging or devaluing their brand.
