Who you are
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive
- Technical experience in ecommerce platform management, with Wordpress/Woocommerce experience a plus
- Google Analytics experience highly beneficial
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels
- A self-starter with ability to think independently, present ideas and articulate the thinking behind them
What the job involves
- The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Aguulp website, ensuring it is trading effectively, with optimised user journeys, aligning efforts and ensuring both internal and external teams are organised and informed.
- You will be responsible for implementing CRM changes to the website and overseeing our web agency and their dev work. Uploading and updating products and reviewing merchandising regularly.
- You will seize the opportunity to dive into the data we have available, whilst also preparing reports and presenting this data in a digestible and insightful way.
- Your creativity and knowledge of customer behaviour will be key in informing our customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- You will work closely with the team in ensuring omnichannel cohesion, and that the brand is protected and presented to the highest quality using your meticulous eye for detail
- You will be relied upon for your savvy organisational abilities and proactive approach. We’re looking for somebody with articulate opinions, can make a positive contribution to our culture, and has an enthusiasm for growing an exciting business.
