Who you are
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, including experience with data quality improvement, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Strong analytical skills, with a history of leveraging data to inform product decisions and improve performance
- Experience with data governance and quality frameworks in support of AI product development
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Generative AI technologies is highly desirable
- Technical Proficiency: working knowledge of Python, SQL, and advanced data visualization tools required. Demonstrated ability to enhance data quality within AI-driven projects. A relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science) is a plus but not mandatory
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional strategic thinking with the capability to navigate AI product development complexities and market introductions. Experience in embedding data quality into product strategies
- Leadership in Innovation: Knowledge in best practices for data quality and governance within AI projects
- Adaptability to Change: Agile and adaptable in the fast-evolving AI landscape. Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI and GenAI trends
What the job involves
- Dealfront is seeking a Product Manager to work with our Data Science team on strengthening our offering
- This role involves managing and innovating with an expansive dataset, including over 40 million companies and 200 million contacts
- As part of your role, you will work on our AI strategy, utilizing the latest in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics to deliver insightful and effective solutions
- The goal is to turn complex data into actionable insights that propel our clients towards success
- As a Product Manager, you will conceptualize strategic visions and execute them meticulously
- You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, other product managers and marketing teams to ensure our data products are successfully brought to market and exceed our clients' expectations
- This position is suited for individuals who are not only challenged by complex problems but are also keen on applying AI to address real-world issues

- Data Product Development: Lead the conception, design, and development of innovative data products, focusing on AI and GenAI applications to address complex challenges and deliver significant user value
- AI Integration & Strategy: Utilize AI technologies, including NLP, NLU, machine learning, and GenAI, to elevate our product offerings. Keep abreast of AI trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our products are innovative and compliant
- Change Management: Direct change initiatives to integrate new data technologies and methodologies, enhancing our AI capabilities and optimizing data assets for maximum effectiveness
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product visions with business objectives. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market launches
