Who you are
- You should have experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector
- A proven track record of managing client accounts and driving revenue growth is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills are required to assess account performance and develop effective strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools is expected to manage account relationships and performance insights
- You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- A deep understanding of unified communications technologies and emerging trends is highly valued
What the job involves
- As a Sales & Commercial Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships within the unified communications sector
- You will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of unified communications technologies to develop and implement effective account strategies that align with our business goals
- Account Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Strategic Planning: You will develop account strategies that drive growth and maximize opportunities within your assigned accounts in the unified communications sector
- Client Engagement: You will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, advocating for their needs within the company
- Sales Performance: You will monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, and areas for improvement
- Sales Proposals: You will prepare and deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of your accounts
- Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and client solutions
- Market Analysis: You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in unified communications
