Who you are

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience driving product discovery, including feature breakdown, use case creation, and detailed product specs
Experience building features around company metrics and goals by identifying relevant KPIs, efficiently tracking and communicating their relevance to both the product area and the company mission
Proficient in SQL
Previous work for SaaS or consumer brands
Strong communication skills
Strong grasp of analyzing sales metrics & client-based data to develop features and optimize iteration

What the job involves

Drive each part of the product journey from discovery through to iteration and optimization while building cross functional buy in and understanding
Develop and enforce strategies to improve the clarity, efficiency and performance of product KPIs ensuring the success of the team
Build understanding and excitement around the roadmap, goals and vision for your product area
Work closely with our CTO, CEO, designers, engineering and customer success teams
Stay up to date on industry trends and influences, making and developing connections as to how to best push the vision of Beam forward
Gain knowledge of the nonprofit giving and e-commerce enablement spaces

Over 80% of millennials and Generation Z actively seek out brands whose values align with their own, To attract this younger, socially-conscious generation, many companies are finding creative ways to showcase their ethics. Beam Impact offers an exciting solution: an app that allows users to purchase from Beam's partner brands, which then pledge to donate a portion of sales to a charity of the customer's choice.
