Role
Who you are
- This is not a junior role, many people in this role have in excess of ten years experience, they just find that they enjoy the chase of finding amazing talent most enjoyable, rather than taking people through the whole process
What the job involves
- Find, and attract the world's best talent to our clients
- You will use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on Linkedin and on other platforms
- Working with one client at once, you will get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
- Your focus will be recruiting great people across: software engineering, machine learning, DevOps and other infrastructure disciplines
- This role is focused on the top of funnel, finding, screening and booking candidates for their first stage interview
