Role
Who you are
- Must have an Engineering Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
- Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product
- Experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
- Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences
- A strong understanding of the developer community and a love of developer products and tools
- Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Get-stuff-done attitude, great positive energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Influential communication skills
- Minimal to light physical effort is required in performing duties
- Prolonged stationary periods at a desk and working on a computer
- Extensive use of computers, keyboards, and communication-based technology to exchange information
- Occasional walking and lifting may be required, and must be able to lift 15 pounds at any given time
- Travel Required: 10%

- The Product Manager III will lead the strategy, delivery, and success of solutions aimed at a growing user segment
- This role requires a product leader who can combine strong collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders, prospects, and other product managers
- This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to transform user and business needs into impactful product features
- The Product Manager III brings both energy and clarity, inspiring excitement around the product while driving operational discipline and clear prioritization
- This position will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring it delivers meaningful value to customers and meets business objectives
- Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy for internal and external developer experiences
- Perform market assessments to keep abreast of the latest in the industry in order to benchmark and identify gaps
- Understand internal and external personas, discover user needs and pain points, and translate into detailed and actionable product requirements
- Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and product marketers
- Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and drive cross-org product efforts
- Define and analyze metrics to measure progress towards success

EasyPost's multi-carrier shipping API provides eCommerce businesses with seamless solutions to manage logistics. The platform allows companies to easily switch between shipping providers, track packages, and verify addresses. Saving businesses time and money and in turn, simplifying what would otherwise be a complex process.
When EasyPost emerged from stealth in 2013, it was widely recognized as the "Stripe for shipping". A comparison that stemmed from the company's ability to effectively enable developers to integrate postage and shipping features into web applications. Which, at the time, was something legacy carriers like FedEx and UPS weren't taking advantage of.
As eCommerce has grown, EasyPost has expanded its reach and is now available in over 200 countries and now offers Amazon Shipping, cementing its position as a market leader.
