Test Engineer, Janus Health

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of QA Test Engineering experience
• 3+ years of Javascript experience
• Knowledge of Selenium/WebDriver, Testcafe or similar test framework
• Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and complex problems
• Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills
• Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Desirable

• The Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design and organization of test code and manual QA efforts across 4+ engineering teams
• This person will actively write test code and facilitate the quality assurance function, own technical improvement of existing test solutions and systems and collaborate with the software development teams to implement testing and QA best-practices
• Our Test Engineers have a high degree of ownership, autonomy over their work, and a passion for innovating new software solutions that have never been done before
• Execute test system and solution design, qualify data, and validate products and services
• Organize writing test code and overall solution design of testing
• Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality
• Develop, plan, schedule, implement and report all testing activities
• Identify, define and implement needed enhancements in the methods, standards and processes to better enable teams and constructive enterprise applications
• Works together with business partner, specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes
• Create and provide reporting and other testing output documentation
