Partnerships Finance & Strategy, Stripe

• At least 8-10+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high growth company, management consulting, and/or investment banking
• Deep understanding of payments, card networks, and/or banks, highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and maintain high performance under tight timelines
• A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives; you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor
• Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders
• Deep analytical rigor, focused on bringing clarity through business insights
• An enthusiastic self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality
• The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
• Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable

• Work closely with the Global Partnerships team to drive the success of Stripe’s partnership deals by supporting strategic decision-making with financial analysis, providing performance insights, and conducting financial planning
• Act as the Global Partnerships organization’s financial partner for deal and opportunity analysis (e.g., negotiating new commercial terms, evaluating prospective partnerships, running cost-benefit analyses)
• Develop frameworks, metrics, and reporting dashboards, in partnership with Data Science, to monitor critical metrics across all partner segments and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
• Partner with Global Partnerships leaders to drive strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., business reviews, forecasts, opex and headcount management)
