Who you are
- Ability to Work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
- 3+ years experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
- Very strong financial modeling and excellent MS Excel skills are required
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy and strong analytical skills are required
- Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter
- Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs
- Extremely detail-oriented with an ability to multitask in a high-growth environment
- The schedule may require occasional work on weekends
What the job involves
- Overseas corporate cash management and credit administration
- Identifies basic control risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps
- Manages and monitors collections
- Uses financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets
- Works with a variety of data sources. Identifies incomplete or inaccurate data, identifies root causes of data issues, escalates discrepancies or partners to deliver a solution
- Uses active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Adjusts style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly
- Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes
- Makes thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues meets deadlines, and seeks feedback. Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly to solve them
- Provide analytics to their stakeholders to help drive business insights
- Have a deep understanding of the key drivers of the organization and your function
- Provide support for finance efforts to increase efficiency and add value to business partners, including data mining and identifying, tracking, and reporting on KPIs
- Develop working relationships with internal business partners to support organizational goals

PayActiv provides earned wage access (EWA) technology that allows employees to access wages they have already earned before pyday, reducing reliance on overdrafts and short-term loans. The service integrates with most payroll and HCM systems and is paired with a financial wellness app offering tools for budgeting, savings, and money management.
