Our take
Xylo is an AI-powered workspace designed specifically for local government planning teams. Built with UK planners in mind, it automates the administrative burden that often slows down planning decisions so that teams can spend less time buried in browser tabs and more time focused on planning.
Although Xylo is a relatively new player, it's already proving its value. By reducing admin work up to 90% it helps planning teams work faster and more accurately, lowering the risk of appeals. With a responsible AI foundation and a designed-for-planning focus, Xylo is really shaping up to be a significant tool for modernising how councils make planning decisions.
