What the job involves

Exactera is seeking an experienced Account Executive – Partner Market to join our team. In this blended role, you will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving channel growth, and enabling our partners to thrive alongside us
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with service providers and partners, enabling them to grow their business and enhance our collective offerings
Identify new partnership opportunities that align with Exactera’s strategic goals
Collaborate with partners to foster an ecosystem-driven growth model
Guide partners on effective positioning of Exactera’s solutions and ensure they are fully equipped to succeed in the marketplace
Leverage experience working with referral partners and firms utilizing white-label solutions to enhance our market presence
Drive revenue through effective management of partner sales pipelines
Convert referral partners into white label opportunities
Convert white label engagements into wholesale partner opportunities
Emphasize a dual approach that balances high-velocity lead management with relationship-building initiatives focused on key strategic partners
Strategically align sales efforts to meet the needs of both partners and end-users
Develop and execute initiatives to create a robust quarterly pipeline through active prospecting, referral generation, and driving provider growth
Monitor pipeline metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve growth targets
