What the job involves
- As our HR Officer in London, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing UK & Ireland team. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR questions, ensure smooth payroll and HR administration, and help create a positive, well-organised office environment
- You’ll report to our People Team Lead and work closely with our People & Talent team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the hands-on side of HR ops, is genuinely people-focused, and loves creating an office environment where everyone feels supported, connected, and at home
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions from our UK & Ireland team
- Support the People Team Lead with operational HR administration
- Assist with payroll coordination and liaise with external providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Keep up to date with changes in HR and employment legislation and requirements
- Manage the London office → supplies, deliveries, access, and keeping our workspace welcoming and organised
- Organise office and company events in the UK, from team socials and offsites to annual celebrations
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and UK employment requirements (right-to-work checks, documentation, etc.)
- Collaborate with the wider People & Talent team on global initiatives like engagement surveys, company events, and culture projects
