Who you are

  • Minimum 1 year in a Sales or Business Development position

What the job involves

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with an interest in private equity who is seeking a progressive career within this desirable asset class.
  • In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and growth initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to Moonfare’s mission of making private equity more accessible to qualified investors
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads, focusing on High and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Office segments
  • Innovate and improve the sales funnel by analysing lead quality and prioritising high-potential opportunities
  • Participate in daily meetings with sales and marketing teams to understand lead enrichment needs
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to continuously develop and enhance the lead database and ensure funnel accuracy
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Wealth-X to identify, research and connect with prospective clients
  • Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot, ensuring accurate information for both existing and incoming leads
  • Demonstrate the potential to grow into a more senior role such as Relationship Partner or Account Manager, contributing to the long-term growth of the company

Moonfare's platform allows investors to take part in funding rounds offered up by some of the biggest names in investing, including The Carlyle Group and Tiger Global. The company offers investment opportunities with investment minimums as low as €50,000, which is about 100x less than the traditional minimum - so while not everyone can afford to make investments through the company, a much larger pool of people have the ability to enter private markets.

Moonfare is headed up by an impressive team of KKR, BlackRock, Amazon and J.P. Morgan alums, which adds significant credibility to their product. The company has also raised significant investment, which will be used to fund new product development and market expansion.
