- The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing creative strategy and content strategy within a fast-growing global SaaS organization or marketplace

- 7+ years of experience in roles of growing responsibility working for a global B2B company
- Hands-on experience managing creative teams and graphic designers
- Strategic-thinking with a high degree of creativity to quickly execute high-impact, innovative marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience reviewing and proofing short and long-form content, providing direction to ensure voice and brand consistency
- Creative/Design Agency background is a plus
What the job involves
- Hello, prospective pickle! Design Pickle is looking for an experienced Creative Director who will continue to build and develop our strategic marketing content to drive growth and retention
- As a player-coach, this new role will lead and inspire an internal team of graphic designers and video producers to develop and execute integrated marketing content for Design Pickle that drives elevated awareness and revenue growth
- On a daily basis, works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing
- Reports to: Russ Perry, Chief Executive Officer
- Lead the creative development process and management of the production teams to deliver inspiring and compelling campaign assets for the Design Pickle brand rooted in data and insights
- Own creative strategy across brand campaigns, demand generation, events, and other GTM initiatives; serve as the key point of contact for all marketing creative and content production
- Audit and enhance our content marketing library, identifying areas of opportunity to improve our assets that support Demand Generation initiatives
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to research and develop new channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Partner with the Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to identify marketing content gaps, creating a roadmap to deliver assets that support customer retention
- Manage and drive consistency of brand messaging across marketing and cross-functionally, including Sales, Customer Success, and our global creative Production teams
