Who you are

You must have experience renewing and growing accounts - ie owning quota.

Desirable

4-5+ years in renewals, account management or customer success.
We're open to hearing from account executives or new business sales people who can show a track record of owning and closing revenue.
Comfort with senior-level conversations and negotiation.
A collaborative style - working smoothly across Customer Experience, Sales and Delivery.
Your application will stand out if you can show us evidence of expertise in recruitment, employer branding, adtech or B2B SaaS.
Experience in fast growth startups is desired, but not essential.

What the job involves

You’ll take full ownership of the commercial relationship with clients - leading renewal cycles, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term value.
Build the "Land & Expand" mechanism: finding new cross sell and upsell opportunities.
Our Customer Experience team handles delivery; your focus is on keeping clients engaged, invested and evolving with Gaia.
You'll manage the full renewal process, managing your pipeline and forecasting accurately across your accounts.
Spot churn risks and act decisively.
Feed insight back into commercial leadership.
