What the job involves
- We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team
- This person will play a critical role in implementing products and analyzing customer data to provide insights
- Reporting to the Implementation Team lead, you will work closely with your team members in Implementation, R&D, Support, Solutions Engineering, Training, and Customer Success, among others
- With an innovative solution that meets a clear market need with growing traction and customer base, this is an amazing opportunity to support the organization as well as increasing the speed to value time during our new customers’ onboarding journey
- You'll configure and QA the products, identifying issues and escalating as needed
- Support Implementation Managers in User Acceptance Testing with customers
- Maintain and improve documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and testing procedures
- Support internal process improvements, identifying inefficiencies and contributing towards workflow enhancements

Eleos Health addresses this gap with voice-based AI tools for therapists, helping streamline their workload while providing deeper insight into patient sessions.
Eleos Health is the leader in CareOps automation for behavioural health, and its voice-to-insights technology is the first of its kind. The platform functions across a therapist’s whole workflow; taking notes and analysing hundreds of data parameters per appointment to deliver smart insights. Most importantly, the NLP and voice analysis provided frees professionals up to focus on treatment and care.
Eleos Health has experienced impressive customer retention and recurring revenue, showing the value that therapists have found in its product. The company has seen substantial investment which will enable it to deepen product and business development, hire talent and increase service and sales teams. In 2023 a study was published showing that the use of AI in behavioral health treatment can effectively help patients adhere to evidence-based care activities, evidencing the value of Eleos' work.
