What the job involves

Keeping on top of our customer communications with NHS partners (e.g. sharing data reports with partners and helping new partners to go live)
Data crunching and insights analysis (the type you can learn on the job)
Supporting day to day operations such as managing the customer or general queries inbox
Potential progression to a business development or sales role with NHS partners and private healthcare organisations
Account management (e.g. reviewing who is coming up for licence renewal and coming up with the process to convert them to a longer term licence)

Based on behavioural science principles, Holly Health is a digital coach service that pushes individuals to achieve and maintain small healthy behaviours that lead to better health conditions in the short and long term.

First tests carried out by the startup on pilot users have registered a 20% increase in energy levels within 1 month. The company strongly believes in its service’s mission to gradually increase the number of healthy years its users can experience. And with over 200 GP practices onboard and more than 60,000 users, its very much making waves.

Modern healthcare systems are structured to treat people who are sick, not prevent people from getting sick and this behaviour has created a huge gap in human care over time. Holly Health aims to close that gap by becoming a go-to tool for health optimisation, helping people improve their quality of life today while reducing their risk of disease in the future. With its NHS partnerships expanding and a growing number of users on board, the company's very much looking up.
