Role
Who you are
- ✔ Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech)
- ✔ Fluent German and confident English skills
- ✔ Strong communication and presentation abilities
- ✔ Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style
- ✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- ✔ Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise sales activities
- ➕ Nice-to-have: Experience in HR/recruiting or additional language skills
What the job involves
- As our Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in converting inbound leads into happy customers, managing long-term partnerships, and expanding account value through strategic growth opportunities
- Convert qualified inbound leads into customers – no cold calling
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive presentations, and position JOIN as the best choice for recruiting needs
- Manage and grow your own customer portfolio as the main point of contact
- Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and present suitable solutions
- Use CRM tools like Hubspot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue
- Analyse data and conduct regular strategic conversations to deepen client relationships and ensure their success

Plus, by operating on a freemium model, Join has also ensured it can net engagement from the growing number of SMEs and small brands - and retain a strong edge in the hotly competitive (and handsomely funded) European recruitment tech market.
