What the job involves
- As our Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the entire Operations team, including Support, Fulfillment, and Onboarding teams, by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making
- This role focuses on identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across operational processes, with the goal of enhancing performance, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting scalable growth
- By developing data-driven insights and process improvements through actionable recommendations, the Operations Analyst helps streamline workflows, improve customer experiences, and contribute to the company’s long-term operational success
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Support, Fulfillment, and Onboarding teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues affecting efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance scalability and operational growth
- Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership for optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Assist in forecasting and capacity planning to ensure operations are aligned with business growth objectives
