DELLI exists to empower the independent economy — the makers, creators, and producers whose craft shapes the way the world tastes, feels, and connects. We imagine a world where every maker has a companion; a quiet, intelligent partner who handles the chaos so they can stay focused on the joy of creating.

DELLI exists to empower the independent economy — the makers, creators, and producers whose craft shapes the way the world tastes, feels, and connects. We imagine a world where every maker has a companion; a quiet, intelligent partner who handles the chaos so they can stay focused on the joy of creating.
Delli is a food and drink marketplace aiming to make good food accessible whilst empowering the independent economy. Central to this goal is building a community of passionate food and drink purveyors who can champion a more conscious choice around where and how we consume.
For many, the time spent in lockdown has accelerated a wider change in purchasing behaviour. More of us are buying locally, reducing waste and supporting producers that are trying to make a real difference, recognising our responsibilities to our environment and our own health. Delli want to support this desire to eat better by making it more convenient and more fun. It's also helping independent retailers and food makers save time on admin, messaging and strategic planning through the use of AI agents dedicated to the background tasks of running a successful business.
Bouncing back from its financial struggles in 2023, Delli enjoyed a $6 million funding round the following year. Its strong backing indicates a promising future. With a growing customer base and unique offerings, the company is steadily carving out a niche for itself in the food industry. If it can maintain its momentum, it hopes to grow into long-term success.
