Commercial Operations Associate, Ginkgo Bioworks

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of project ownership and results orientation in a team setting
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to develop fact-based and informed opinions
• Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally in a matrixed environment
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Desirable

• Support team in day-to-day client relationship management
• Provide project management and onboarding support for programs
• Coordinate, troubleshoot, and escalate client facing issues
• Manage and analyze program data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is in relevant systems
• Track, summarize and report on prospect and/or client issues
• Monitor prospect and client activity to be proactive in support matters
• Tackle the most urgent and immediate problems facing the project as a whole
• Continually shape the customer experience, as part of a cross-functional team
• Support special projects, as requested
• Occasional weekend and evening responsibilities
• May include occasional travel (domestic and international)
