What the job involves
- Harvey is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to the VP of Sales. This role is critical in enhancing productivity, managing priorities, and enabling seamless execution across the sales organization
- Manage a complex, dynamic calendar including executive meetings, customer engagements, and team events
- Serve as a bridge between the VP of Sales and internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication
- Prepare agendas, create materials, track key outcomes, and ensure execution of next steps.Craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging on behalf of the VP of Sales for internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and schedules to optimize efficiency
- Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and sound judgment

This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds will be used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
