Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of full stack development experience, ideally within e-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify—including Liquid templating, Shopify APIs, and app development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Vue, or similar
- Experience with back-end development: Node.js, Express, etc
- Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility
What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Software Engineer with hands-on experience in the Shopify ecosystem to join our engineering team
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving e-commerce challenges, and can seamlessly work across both front-end and back-end systems
- You’ll help us build, optimize, and scale engaging, high-performance online shopping experiences for our customers
- Develop, enhance, and maintain custom Shopify themes and apps
- Architect full stack features across Shopify (Liquid), front-end (React, Vue, or similar), and back-end (Node.js or similar)
- Integrate Shopify with third-party APIs and services (payment gateways, logistics, analytics)
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to implement new features and improve the customer experience
- Own performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design
- Ensure best practices for SEO, accessibility, and e-commerce conversion optimization
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows to maintain high code quality
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues in production environments
