Role
Who you are
- Do you have a growth mindset and diverse experience in brand, demand, lead generation, and product marketing?
- Are you a strong executor with expertise in strategy creation and decision-making?
- Does the idea of working in a multidisciplinary team currently riding a wave of growth excite you?
- Fluent in speaking & writing the Dutch language (C1/C2)
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management position
- Experience in a similar B2B, fast-paced environment
- Experience with incorporating growth strategies and tactics
- Experience with translating complex products into easy to understand product propositions
- Broad digital marketing knowledge, you are able to analyze channels, campaigns and assets and optimize accordingly
- An entrepreneurial mindset, you dare to challenge the status quo, you are not scared to share your vision and initiatives
What the job involves
- To further fuel our growth, we are now looking for an experienced and talented Head of Marketing to join our team
- Creating and executing the perfect strategy to reach our Marketing KPI’s - which are based on our company growth targets
- Build a strong brand in the HR & finance community
- Leading the marketing team, guiding them and empowering them to success, and supporting their growth
- Using the right marketing mix to optimize our funnels and conversions
- Proposition management; translating our core products to clear, concise and strong marketing content
- Analyzing data and attribution modeling and being able to adjust accordingly
- Working together with internal stakeholders to perfectly translate our product & value proposition towards our target audience
- Working together with external agencies

The Dutch startup has partnered with companies such as UberEats, Apple, HelloFresh, Spotify, and Dell, offering a customisable digital wallet for employees to access their benefits through.
With funding from Kalo Bagijn (Brand New Day), Fritz Korten, and Joost Jolink (Fresca Group) as well at the Dutch Founders Fund, YourCampus aims to continue growing its company partnerships.
