Who you are

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, business, or a related field
Strong interest in marketing, digital advertising, and online publishing
You enjoy working with customers and possess excellent communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in English. Proficiency in German (ideally B2 or higher) would be an advantage
Good analytical and technical understanding
Ideally familiar with Salesforce and Tableau

What the job involves

In close cooperation with our partners, we provide advertising formats that offer genuine relevance for our users and, as a result, lead to higher sales
Manage relationships with advertisers & networks, including onboarding new advertisers and providing support as needed
Monitor and analyze performance to recommend optimization strategies to existing clients
Support the team with ad hoc requests, developing internal reports to measure performance and growth initiatives
Supporting the team with an internal customer support ticketing system
Independently handling supporting projects on a quarterly basis
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new affiliate marketing techniques
Take an active role in shaping an innovative, growth-oriented international corporate group from its early stages; seize the opportunity to become irreplaceable!
