Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience in implementing lead generation strategies, email marketing campaigns, and paid ads
- Experience living the start-up to scale-up journey is essential
- Technologically savvy individual with proven experience implementing websites, email marketing campaigns, paid ads, and social media initiatives
- Advanced Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, marketing automation, and graphic design software
- Familiar with email marketing regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
- Excellent understanding of the sales process and customer journey in relation to digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms to optimize engagement
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex digital strategies into actionable plans
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English required. French and other language a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

What the job involves
- Oversee corporate website creation and maintenance across 10+ languages. Ensure effective lead generation for sales teams
- Keep software up to date and compliant with regulations
- Lead social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement on various platforms
- Maximize Pardot to automate marketing processes, streamline operations, and measure campaign effectiveness
- Understand and map out the customer journey specific to the dental industry, identifying key touchpoints for optimization
- Collaborate with sales team to refine processes based on digital campaign insights and customer feedback
- Work with internal stakeholders to optimize communication and processes
- Implement best practices ensuring compliance and effective email campaigns across global markets
- Analyze marketing performance using KPIs
- Manage and monitor analytics and reporting modules for websites, email automation, and social media
- Drive groundbreaking social media and marketing programs in healthcare spaces. Ensure campaigns meet objectives and branding guidelines
