Who you are
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing: Proven track record in PMM or GTM roles within high-growth tech environments, with deep experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Product Positioning & Narrative Mastery: Creative problem solver with the ability to translate complex SaaS capabilities into simple, high-converting product positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales narratives
- GTM Strategy & ABM Alignment: Deep, hands-on experience orchestrating GTM launches and architecting targeted ABM programs that directly drive enterprise pipeline and revenue growth
- AI-Integrated PMM Ecosystems: Goes beyond basic AI usage; skilled in building AI-enhanced PMM workflows to scale content personalization, automate market research, and streamline GTM execution
- Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Influence: Acts as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing—equipping revenue teams with pitch decks, competitive assets, and product training that close deals
- Data-Driven Performance Mindset: Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI tools. Highly analytical approach to tracking product adoption, attribution, and marketing ROI
- Mission & Sector Affinity: Genuine passion for data-driven real estate decarbonization and net-zero technology; prior background in proptech, real estate investment, or finance is a strong plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for a visionary, AI-savvy Senior Product Marketing Manager with a "customer-first" mindset to serve as the agile bridge between Product and Sales.
- You will architect our expansion across new segments and geographies, translating complex innovations into narratives that help sales win, all while championing a refined design aesthetic and strong market presence
- This role is central to our transition into an AI-powered marketing engine, using AI-driven insights and enhanced processes to sharpen regional impact, automate workflows, and drive growth
- Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Sales and Marketing to craft differentiated positioning frameworks and value propositions. Localize complex sustainability, and financial tech capabilities into sharp, compelling narratives tailored to enterprise real estate stakeholders
- Sales Enablement & Revenue Readiness: Co create and execute with the sales enablement team end-to-end sales enablement programs that empower ADRs, AEs, KAMs, Solution Engineers and partner channels. Train revenue teams on buyer pain points, target use cases, demo narratives, and value metrics to accelerate sales velocity and raise win rates
- Design-Forward Collateral & Internal Tools: Architect a suite of high-converting external assets (pitch decks, product sheets, case studies) and internal enablement tools (battlecards, ROI calculators). Ensure all customer-facing collateral maintains a premium, design-forward aesthetic while guiding teams on optimal timing and usage across the sales cycle
- GTM Strategy & Release Orchestration: Lead integrated Go-To-Market strategies for all platform capabilities, products, and feature updates. Align execution with quarterly release cycles, orchestrating multi-channel launch campaigns, targeted ABM initiatives, and cross-functional release alignment
- Omnichannel Content & Digital Experience: Architect and orchestrate holistic content roadmaps through integrated cross-functional collaboration, driving high-impact marketing campaigns. Direct our web ecosystem alongside specialized agencies, utilizing AI-enhanced workflows to maintain razor-sharp product narratives, optimize conversion journeys, and ensure every digital touchpoint projects a premium, design-forward brand identity
- AI-Powered Market & Buyer Intelligence: Serve as the definitive internal authority on enterprise buyer personas, purchasing behavior, and key buying criteria. Utilize AI-driven intelligence tools to monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and account signals, feeding actionable insights back into Product and Sales
- Competitive Strategy & Playbooks: Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, feature differentiation, and market positioning. Develop actionable competitive battlecards and objection-handling guides that equip sales teams to win deals
- Product Thought Leadership & Industry Voice: Position Deepki as the definitive sustainability intelligence platform by converting technical capabilities into inspiring market narratives. Represent the company as a key subject matter expert through digital events, whitepapers, and published content
- Value-Based Pricing & Packaging: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Finance, and Sales leadership to continuously optimize pricing models and module packaging. Ensure pricing structures reflect delivered business value, protect margins, and drive account expansion across key market segments
