Senior Product Designer, Splice

• You have 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer

• We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape innovative, intuitive, and inspiring tools for music creators worldwide. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end design for key product areas—from discovery and concepting to polished, production-ready experiences, balancing user needs with business goals
• You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to solve complex problems, elevate design craft, and bring a consistent brand voice to our products. Ideal candidates combine strong interaction and visual design skills with a deep empathy for creators, a passion for music, and the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences
• Envision the next generation of user interfaces and experiences for Spitfire Audio products
• Sketch, wireframe, prototype, design, and deliver high-fidelity visuals and interactions
• Facilitate design projects from problem definition to production and beyond
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others to drive projects forward and contribute to the overall direction of your area
• Leverage UXR and analytics to validate and evaluate design solution effectiveness
• Participate and provide feedback in design reviews
