Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google suite and design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and a passion for marketing and advertising
Desirable
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic understanding of PPC / Facebook ads
- Basic understanding of Public Relations
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field
What the job involves
- Assist in developing and executing multi channel / multi format marketing strategies to grow our Agency's reputation
- Generate compelling social media content for professional networking platforms and newsletter services, ensuring posts resonate with our brand's tone of voice, current industry developments, and new business goals
- Support the brainstorming of content ideas and draft copy for multiple platforms, ensuring a unified message across both lifecycle marketing and social media initiatives
- Help conduct market research and analyse data to inform campaign decisions
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch innovative ideas
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports
- Develop and update segmented customer lists to enhance the effectiveness of tailored messaging campaigns
- Support the wider team in managing project timelines and deliverables
- Learn and apply industry best practices and emerging marketing trends
- Evaluate campaign metrics to extract valuable insights, informing strategy refinements and helping achieve client-specific performance indicators
