Role
Who you are
- 3 or more years experience in People/HR roles including start-up/small business experience
- Working knowledge of UK employment law, performance management and conflict resolution (you should be a true generalist)
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- To be very confident working with senior people in the business, including a mix of personalities
- Experienced in implementing and managing functional platforms such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Empathy and people skills in heaps!
What the job involves
- As our PeopleOps Manager, you’ll work with some of the most exciting startups in the UK, and beyond. You’ll work directly within our partners’ teams managing and delivering on People/HR and operational tasks
- You’ll be working alongside them - and potentially managing a PeopleOps Associate - to build world-class People/HR and Ops processes
- Creating and managing end to end employee journeys
- Assisting in, and managing the creation of a People strategy
- Iterating and improving development pathways and salary bandings
- Developing appraisal cycles
- Managing development and training
- Implementing and managing HRIS/ATS platforms
- And much, much more!
