Senior Manager of Solution Engineering, Coder

• 3-5+ years in presales leadership at a GTM-focused tech company
• Track record of managing teams in complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern development environments
• Comfort with startup pace and ambiguity with a bias toward clarity, ownership, and delivery

• Maintain and scale our established GTM strategy in partnership with Sales and Product
• Guide SE team execution: from early discovery through deep architectural guidance and product fit
• Mentor and grow team members with an outcome-based leadership style
• Define clear objectives and measure performance with data-backed KPIs
• Contribute to post-sales architecture direction and collaborate on long-term customer success
