Director of Solutions, Ketryx

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing roles, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or management capacity
• Proven success leading and scaling technical teams in a high-growth or startup environment
• Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps, and software development in regulated industries
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally at a leadership level
• Familiarity with software validation processes and regulatory frameworks
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Lead and Scale the Solutions Engineering Function: Oversee the Solutions Engineering team, including team leads and individual contributors. Set the strategic direction, define success metrics, and ensure the team operates with consistency, clarity, and impact
• Coach and Develop Talent: Mentor Solutions Engineers. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning through structured career development, training programs, and performance feedback
• Establish and Optimize Processes: Design and refine scalable systems for onboarding, knowledge sharing, demo delivery, and customer engagement. Champion best practices across the team
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the key liaison between Solutions Engineering and other departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success). Ensure seamless handoffs, clear communication, and aligned objectives across functions
• Strategic Account Support: Serve as an executive sponsor or escalation point for high-impact opportunities. Guide solution architecture for strategic deals
• Drive Thought Leadership: Create and standardize technical narratives and solution architectures tailored to the unique regulatory challenges of our customers
• Measure and Improve Team Performance: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize based on business needs and customer feedback
