Role
Who you are
- 5- 7 years of experience in event marketing, partnership management, or related roles within the fintech, financial services, or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events, from small workshops to large-scale industry conferences
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use analytics to drive informed decisions
- Excellent project management skills, including budget management and timeline adherence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and presentations
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to generate innovative ideas for events and partnerships
- Knowledge of fintech trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive market dynamic
What the job involves
- Work together with our Demand Gen Lead and our Head of Marketing US to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and product launches
- Manage event logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination, staffing, and post-event evaluation
- Monitor and measure event performance metrics, gathering feedback to continually improve future events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing teams in UK and US to ensure seamless event execution and consistent messaging
- Focus on fostering the relationship with our current partnerships and work closely together with Sales to drive collaboration between us and our partners
- Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth
- Assist in developing compelling marketing content, including presentations, collateral, press releases, and promotional materials, in collaboration with the marketing and design teams
- Utilise various marketing channels to promote events and partnerships, such as social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and media outreach
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of events and partnerships, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI and success
- Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, sharing recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Serve as a brand ambassador at events, conferences, and networking opportunities, representing the company's values and mission
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and other relevant stakeholders
