Who you are
- We are looking for an event marketer who thrives in a fast-paced & high-growth environment, has superior organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross functionally with other internal stakeholders and balance resources effectively
- 4-7 years of event marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with audience generation for executive events
- Demonstrate strong proofreading and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse sets of stakeholders
- Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized and detailed focused with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple projects
- BS or BA related degree, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Rain Focus and/or Splash
- Ability to travel as needed
What the job involves
- Salesforce is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven marketer to support our Exec Experiences program at key global events
- In this role, you will support our demand generation and registration efforts that create meaningful connections between C-suite executives and Salesforce, ultimately driving and accelerating pipeline growth
- Support the Exec Experiences team with demand generation and registration operations in order to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Cross-check reports and nominations for customer attendees to ensure proper qualification and strategic alignment with event objectives
- Assist in execution of audience acquisition strategy, building registration pages, sending invitations, and managing invitation campaigns for select Exec Summit & CxO Experiences
- Responsible for the development, distribution, and monitoring of registration reports weekly
- Work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking and attention to detail, as well as high-speed tactical execution
- Ensure best practices documentation is created and adhered to for reuse
