Role
Who you are
- 2+ years experience working as an Account Manager, Buyer or similar
- 2+ years work experience in a start-up is desirable
- Proficient at using and analysing data
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Self-confident, energetic with a strong business acumen to hit targets and deadlines
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Brand Account Manager to help us scale Creoate globally, working with various teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations to achieve our ambitious GMV objectives
- You will be an all-around multi-tasker, responsible for managing a portfolio of Key Brand relationships from the start of their life-cycle on the platform
- Own and manage a large portfolio of key brands from multiple categories
- Proactively outreach to brands to better understand their business needs and build strong partnerships on all levels
- Develop short & long term strategic planning for your accounts; whilst maintaining strong partnerships with your key accounts
- Work with our Growth Team to coordinate and execute seasonal campaigns to drive traffic to partner storefronts
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to design, test, and execute product improvements to drive efficient growth
- Design and optimise the brand journey, through constant experimentation and improvements
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines
