Role
Who you are
- 8-10 years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management
- Adept at identifying inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions that optimize team performance and prevent bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operations and continued growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- Proven experience in managing large budgets for projects from conception through completion
- Proven experience managing projects with cross functional teams across multiple levels with keen attention to detail, ensuring project are completed on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with and experience in managing cross functional teams as well as diverse global teams is a plus
- Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration and efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities and experience with both data analytics and project management tools
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and communities in the creator space
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing industry
- Agency and Marketing experience is preferred
What the job involves
- Lead and oversee of a team of project managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination of cross functional projects, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
- Manage project roadmap, monitor project progress and ensuring project quality, enabling project managers to manage their assigned projects, developing a timeline for completion of the project and optimizing project deliverables when needed
- Lead process improvement and change acceleration
- Provide guidance to the team, strategically managing risk and ensuring each phase of work is started and completed on time
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status and and facilitate project review meetings with leadership
- Assign projects to the right team members, checking on their progress and self assigning projects based on skills and expertise when needed
- Foster a culture that builds a sense of team spirit across teams and embodies the department's core behaviors, such as collaboration, curiosity, creativity, and proactivity
- Provide additional operational support as assigned
