- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience: 1–5 years of professional sales experience is preferred, but we welcome high-potential candidates looking to start their tech career

- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you must be a good listener and an even better communicator

What the job involves
- As a member of our high-performing SDR team, you will be the face of Leah, directly impacting our business growth by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
- This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door of the Enterprise AI world and shape what's next in technology
- You'll be the Face of Leah: Act as the first point of contact to engage potential customers and effectively share our mission of elevating human judgment through AI
- Strategic Prospecting: Use all available channels (Phone, Email, Social) to identify and contact key decision-makers in Fortune 1000 companies
- Pipeline Generation: Convert inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting into qualified meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives
- Master the Message: Develop a deep expertise in Agentic CLM and confidently educate Executives on how Leah brings value to their specific business
- Personalized Outreach: Craft and deliver world-class cold calls and highly personalized email campaigns to engage high-potential market segments
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing to prioritize target accounts and execute data-driven demand generation campaigns
- Exceed Ambitious KPIs: Achieve and exceed daily activity metrics and monthly pipeline targets while documenting all interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with your manager to set monthly OKRs and build clear action plans to move up within our growing organization
