Role
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office at least 2–3 days per week
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Familiarity with people systems such as HiBob or Greenhouse
- Knowledge of German language and labor law processes
- Previous experience in administrative roles or People-related tasks
What the job involves
- As a Working Student People Operations (f/m/d)*, you will play a key role in supporting the People team with administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to a great employee experience at Parloa
- Manage administrative tasks such as employee documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate signatures from management for contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Support the team with onboarding preparation and other people-related experiences
- Help maintain and update our internal knowledge base
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team
- Assist with handling and resolving employee requests via our ticketing system
- Lead own smaller people-related projects
- Our Tech-stack: HiBob, Leapsome, Greenhouse, Notion, GSuite, Slack, Asana
